So after years of fast food and a lack of proper exercise, I decided that it was time for me to actually take care of myself better. I spent hours in the gym every day and made sure I was eating a healthy diet. After a full year I had lost more than 80 pounds and I felt great!

However, I still had some areas of my body I wasn’t happy with, love handles and little pouches of fat that just didn’t seem to go away with my exercise and diet. This surgeon helped me to understand that even after weight loss, some ares of the human body will not respond to regular exercise and proper diet. This Doctor also told me that there was a surgery procedure that can get rid of the trouble ares and help to bring back the body I had in high school.

The surgery procedure is called Liposuction. It involves the removal of the fat on the pockets or areas that were troubling me like my love handles, and extra fat around my waist. I must say I was a bit skeptical that this surgery procedure could help, after all, more than a years worth of heavy exercise and eating nothing but fruits and vegetables didn’t help, why would this surgery?

When i think about liposuction, it is to help get those love handles to go away. Did you know that you could use it for more then that. You can do liposuction in so many part of your body such as; neck, your legs, arms. I think that is kind crazy that there are more way to have liposuction done on you. My problem areas are in my legs and my thighs.

It has been 6 months since i have had the procedure done and I feel great. I know can feel comfortable in my swimming suit while i am at the beach.
