So after years of fast food and a lack of proper exercise, I decided that it was time for me to actually take care of myself better. I spent hours in the gym every day and made sure I was eating a healthy diet. After a full year I had lost more than 80 pounds and I felt great!

However, I still had some areas of my body I wasn’t happy with, love handles and little pouches of fat that just didn’t seem to go away with my exercise and diet. The surgery procedure is called Liposuction. It involves the removal of the fat on the pockets or areas that were troubling me like my love handles, and extra fat around my waist. When i think about liposuction, it is to help get those love handles to go away. Did you know that you could use it for more then that. You can do liposuction in so many part of your body such as; neck, your legs, arms. I think that is kind crazy that there are more way to have liposuction done on you. My problem areas are in my legs and my thighs.

It has been 6 months since i have had the procedure done and I feel great. I know can feel comfortable in my swimming suit while i am at the beach.

I am glad that i found this book cause it help me find information that i needed. I was more able to talk to the doctor about my need cause i have read the book. I have found a way you can be blemish free. I know that I have some blemishes I would like to treat with out piling on the make up on. I have been looking on the internet for help. I think i found some help with this Female Plastic Surgeon in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The procedure is called Fraxel Laser Skin Resurfacing. I was able to get see her work from others patients. I also was able to have all my question and concerns answered. It has been 3 months and i look great and i have those blemishes gone.
